  • End User Support - our dedicated support desk will take calls and emails from your users and directly support them - so that your staff do not have to answer questions about systems with which they may not be familiar.
  • Administrator Support - our dedicated support desk will act as the Administrator of your system, dealing with issues such as new users and leavers, maintenance of master data and opening and closing periods.
  • Appliance / System Support - our technical team will support your systems with an enterprise quality service level agreement (SLA).
  • Shared Services - we provide a shared service centre for you and perform non-technical administrative tasks.
  • Certified Releases - we provide a certified release of various open source software stacks so that you can be sure all of your business requirements are pre-tested with the new software easing the transition time frames.
