We receive a number of enquiries each year to help with partially implemented projects that need assistance.  Our approach is to undertake a project review process within intensive timelines to ascertain whether the best course is to re-implement or to recover the project.

The project recovery process is designed to analyse problems from the inside out as opposed to re-implementation, which allows us to analyse problems from the ground up.  We use a SCRUM methodology with weekly meetings to prioritse defects.  Our project team will analyse defects in conjunction with you to assess the underlying issue.  We then report to you on the defect and prepare a quote for the effort and resource required to resolve the issue. If you accept our quote, we will complete the work within the quoted timescale and at the quoted cost.

Our team consists of a business analyst, a technical resource and a project manager to work with your team, to complete the analysis work. This service is provided at a fixed weekly fee.  Our team will have experience with the products you are utilising and we try to match consultants with experience in your industry wherever possible.
