Business Intelligence (BI) refers to computer-based techniques used in highlighting, extracting, and analyzing business data, such as sales revenue by products or departments or associated costs and incomes. BI tools can be used to provide personalised views of data and key performance indicators using rich and compelling graphical displays.

Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is defined as the use of software and computer systems to enable integration of systems and applications across the enterprise.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) is a process of migrating or modifying data typically in database and especially in data warehousing usage. These tools can be used to clense the data sourced from several diverse sources.
