Barclays Bank
Akuna helped Barclays Group Finance, understand the importance of developing expertise in their own financial systems infrastructure. We recruited and trained a specialist team within the Group Finance function, to link the SAP support, group performance analysis, and business planning communities to support both strategic and tactical solutions to information delivery to the finance organisation.

One of Akuna's consultants was engaged by Barclays Group Finance to sit on the IFRS Implementation board to assist the team to understand the financial systems impact of adopting IFRS within the bank.

JC Farley Home Furnishings
Akuna worked with JC Farley to address their their deficiencies with their existing POS system. The resulting research identified areas of potential improve in regards to business processes and systems and after a business case analysis, JC Farley opted to implement the Adempiere ERP business system. Akuna assisted JC Farley to remodel their business processes, and customise Adempiere to suit their specific business requirements.
